4. Interview content and scoring method

(1) Interview method and content

The comprehensive job interview is conducted in a structured way, and the interview mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal communication ability, planning ability, decision-making ability, and adaptability。

(2) Composition of interviewers

Interview set up interview examiner group, each examiner smallGroup general5-9 people, each examiner group has one examiner, presiding over the group interview work。

In order to ensure the fairness and science of the interview work, the interview examiner is composed of relevant personnel and experts entrusted by the talent work leadership group of the CPC Houma Municipal Committee。

(3) Scoring methods

Grades are based on a percentage systemComprehensive score= Written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%。The minimum qualifying score is 60 points。For positions that do not have competitive interviews, the minimum comprehensive score is 70 points。Two decimal places (rounded) should be reserved for written examination, interview and comprehensive scores.

5. Announcement of interview results and comprehensive results

Interview results and comprehensive results will be announced on the same day。

When more than two candidates have the same comprehensive scores, the candidates for physical examination and inspection shall be determined according to the order of written test scores from high to low scores;If the written test score is still the same, an additional interview, the applicant's score ranking according to the interview score。

Interview discipline and precautions

1.Interview candidates should attend the interview according to the specified time and place, be sure to enter the test center at 7:00 AM, 7:30 test center closed。After the closing time is reached, latecomers are not allowed to enter and will be considered as automatically giving up the interview qualification。

2.Candidates must bring it with themWritten examination certificate, interview notice, original valid second-generation ID card (the same as the registration)Those lacking one of these are not allowed to participate in the interview。If the ID card is expired or lost, please go to the public security organ to apply for the temporary ID card in time。Those without ID cards must present temporary identification, otherwise they are not allowed to enter the test center。

3.When entering the test center, candidates must turn off all communication tools and electronic products (equipment), and take the initiative to hand them over to the staff for storage, otherwise it will be dealt with in violation of rules and regulations, and the interview qualification or interview result will be cancelled。

4.During the interview,It is strictly prohibited to bring any books, materials, scratch paper, mobile phones and other tools with communication, calculation and storage functions (including all kinds of electronic watches, headphones) into the examination area. If the above items are found to be brought into the examination area, they will be disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations。It is recommended that candidates do not carry electronic communication tools, keys, magnetic cards, lighters, metal bracelets, rings, necklaces and other items on the test day, and do not wear clothes, shoes and hats with metal ornaments, hair clips, etc., to avoid repeated security checks and affect the normal admission to the test。

5.Interview candidates must follow the unified command, abide by the interview procedures, and consciously accept the guidance and management of the staff。Keep quiet while waiting for the exam。Leave the interview venue immediately after the interview。

6.The interview lottery serial number is the candidate's identity in the interview process, and candidates are prohibited to exchange the lottery serial number。Entering the interview examination room until the end of the interview are not allowed to disclose their name, native place, graduated university, work unit, parents, apply for positions and other personal information, otherwise according to disciplinary violations, disqualification of the interview or interview results。

7.Candidates shall not wear trade uniforms, and shall not wear necklaces, brooches, headwear and other accessories with obvious signs。

Any violation of the above provisions shall be treated as cheating and disqualified from employment。

8.If a candidate has any of the following circumstances, his or her interview qualification or interview result shall be disqualified。

① Bring prohibited items into the examination area;

(2) Disclosing the contents of test questions to other candidates;

(3) Having someone else take the exam for you;

(4) disobey the command of the staff or make trouble without reason;

(5) Disturbing the order of the interview examination room and the workplace;
